How often should my boiler be serviced?
Once a year. An annual service keeps it safe, efficient and within the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Do you provide landlord gas certificates?
Yes. We carry out landlord gas safety checks and issue certificates, plus Legionella water testing.
When does a system need a powerflush?
We recommend roughly every five years, or sooner if radiators have cold spots or the boiler is noisy.
Are you insured and registered?
We are Gas Safe registered, VAT registered and hold £2 million public liability insurance.
Can you help over the phone?
Often, yes. We are happy to talk you through basic checks, and have even fixed boilers over a video call.
Do you handle full refurbishments?
Yes. From new pipework at the building entry point to every final connection, fully pressure tested.
